1. Who is Clasam?
We are a Swiss e-commerce platform offering high quality second-hand leather goods with a 0% financing solution.
2. What are the criteria for 0% financing and what documents do I need to provide?
To be eligible for 0% financing you must: – be Swiss or hold C permit – be between the ages of 21 and 65 – have lived in Switzerland for at least 2 years. Your basic personal details (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) and a copy of your identity card.
3. Do the bags come with a certificate of authenticity?
Either our handbags are delivered with their original authenticity card, or an Entrupy certificate of authenticity will be issued.
4. Can I return my order?
Your order may be cancelled within 10 days of receipt of the item, provided the label has not been cut.
