- CLASAM Sàrl is a limited liability company incorporated under Swiss law with its registered office at 14, chemin de Sous-Cherre, 1245 Collonge-Bellerive/GE, Switzerland and registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic and Canton of Geneva since June 24, 2021.
- Its corporate purpose is “the sale of luxury goods over the Internet (e-commerce). It may also carry out any commercial, financial, securities or real estate transactions, as well as any consulting activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties”.
Article 2 : General information
- CLASAM Sàrl recognizes the importance of your privacy and transparency when processing your personal data. CLASAM Sàrl only collects personal data that is absolutely necessary for its corporate purpose and activities. Registered data is managed with diligence and protected against any form of misuse.

Article 6 : Product orders and payments
- To place an order, you must provide us with your full name, title, complete billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method and related information. Depending on the method of payment chosen, you may be asked to provide a copy of your identity document.

We process this data in order to execute the contract for the sale of products or, in the case of uncompleted orders, with a view to its execution.

We use the services of third parties for the payment and dispatch of orders. For example, depending on the payment method selected, you will be redirected to the site of the online payment provider, who will carry out the transaction. We only pass on to these third parties the data necessary for the operations they carry out.

Data concerning completed orders is kept for 10 years. Unfinished orders are kept for three months.
Article 7 : Funding applications
- To apply for financing, you must provide us with the following personal information, in order to check whether you meet the relevant conditions:
- your employment status (unemployed, permanent contract, fixed-term contract, retired, unable to work, self-employed) ;
- your legal status in Switzerland (Swiss nationality, permanent residence permit (Permit C) or residence permit (Permit B) and date of validity) and a copy of your supporting ID.
- This data is forwarded to the selected funding partner, who processes it in accordance with its own general terms and conditions and privacy policy. The decision to grant financing is taken by the financing partner autonomously, without any intervention on our part in this process, on the basis of the information you provide, as well as the data collected by our partner itself. Our partner may request the services of credit verification companies.
- Any complaint concerning a refusal decision by the financing partner must be addressed to him directly. We have no access to the reasons for refusal and do not intervene in this process.
Article 8 : Contacts and correspondence
- You can contact us via our website, by telephone, e-mail or post. In doing so, we process the data you provide us with (in particular surname, first name, means of contact, subject of request).
- This data is used to provide you with the requested service. The length of time we keep this data depends on the reason and context of your request. Requests relating to orders are kept for the duration indicated for them. Other requests are normally kept for three months.
Article 9 : Our newsletter
- If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your contact details (surname, first name and e-mail address). When our newsletter is consulted, we also collect terminal and access data.
- You can subscribe, unsubscribe or re-subscribe to our newsletter at any time. If you unsubscribe, your contact data will be deleted.
