The Peekaboo is one of the emblematic bags of the Italian fashion house Fendi, first introduced in 2008 under the direction of Silvia Venturini Fendi. Like the Baguette, it's a Fendi staple. The bag's shape is elegant, with a rigid frame yet retaining a certain flexibility “where it counts” thanks to the materials used. The bag has two compartments separated by a rigid divider, for optimum organization. It closes on both sides with a pivoting latch. Clasam's model isn't just a thick canvas bag, it's a play on materials and elegance. While the exterior perfectly combines brown leather and ecru canvas, the interior combines leather and suede for a magnificent result. This model also features a removable shoulder strap. The Peekaboo takes its name from the children's game “Peek-a-boo”, which involves hiding one's face to reveal it in a playful way. This choice of name reflects the concept of the bag, which plays on the idea of subtly revealing its interior, since the inside of a Peekaboo is almost as beautiful as the outside, because you can decide to leave only one side of your bag open.
